Recurrence symptoms after full hysterectomy

Hi survivor sisters,

I've been off of this forum for a while because I've done well since my debulking surgery and chemo - CA125 has hovered around 8-10 for almost 3 years. At my last appt my CA125 had risen from 10 to 14. I know that's not a huge jump, but it's never gone to 14 since finishing treatment. My onc says we'll check on it in 6 weeks, might be something, might be nothing. But for the last few days I've been having crampy twinges in my upper abdominal area. Can anyone who's had symptoms of recurrence after a complete hysterectomy tell me where the abdominal pain was for you, and what it felt like? I'm so stressed about this I don't know if I'm imagining it or maybe just happen to be gassy this week!
