Possible Endiometrioma? Doctor seems

Hi

I have been in and out of the ER 4 times in the last year. Every single time they checked My gallbladder, appendix, and other organs. They wouldn't find anything and send me off with pain meds. On my last visit they did say the CT showed what looks like a cyst, he recommended to see my OB. I did just that. The OB did an ultrasound and said it looked like a cyst did exsist but had recently ruptured. I explained I still felt a dull pain, but she insisted that after 3 weeks the pain would be gone. 2 month went by and the pain started to get worse one day. I called and made an appointment for an ultrasound. After the scan the doctor said it looks like it may not be a raptured cyst because it has grown since the last US. She then said  she thinks its an Enditrioma. The US tech annotated it's 3 cm thick wall with blood flow around it and some with in. I do have a laparoscopy appt. in two weeks. However, I'm a bit concerned now. I feel like my doctor is playing a guessing game, or not speaking honestly to me. I don't understand how she would say it's a raptured cyst and then say it's an endotrioma? Any input is appreciated.
my symphony's: some weight loss, pain on The right abdomen region, it occasionally gets so bad for a day or two that it causes nausea and I'm bed written. I've noticed my shoulder bone aches often. Loss of appetite, but can eat. Fatigue.
